Sealed tea and unused teaware can come back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Opened tea cannot come back unless it arrived wrong.

How to send something back

• Write to support@vyrogoods.com with your order number.
• We tell you where to send it.
• Your refund goes to the card you paid with once it arrives.

If we got it wrong

Send a photo. We replace it or refund it, and we cover the shipping.
